What's next?
I met with a personal trainer the other day just to see if I was interested in putting myself through some torture in the future.
I learned a few things:
1. Never let a trainer weigh you and then calculate your percentage of fat.
and
2. Eat the right amount of food to be the size you want.
I guess I have wanted to be Large but not quite X-Large!
After a few moments of feeling down on myself and hoping for some inspiration, out of nowhere I get an invitation from a friend to train and ride a bike for 100 miles. This is typical. Unexpected things happen to me like this all of the time. I just have to think "What's next?" and a big challenge is lying in my lap. So, I guess this means I am going to try it...with one change...I am going to do 50 miles instead.
I am always up for a challenge but I am not stupid.
